They had to add the run away attack by the centipede to fit in with all the players in this game. I havent seen a game where everyone runs so much since DayZ. If they arent running away theyre doing their super duper cool matrix moves.

I'm a new player and personally i don't understand why people like to use races like lycan or lizardfolk that can't use a helmet, yes sure you safe some movespeed, but you also take so much more headshot damage, while also forgoing additional bonuses like strength or weapon damage buffs on that armour piece, and maybe i misunderstood something but that just doesn't seem worth it for how little helmest generally weigh. Its also different from the barbarian perk to me, because chest armour generally weighs a lot more, saving you quite a bit more movespeed. I'd appreciate if someone more experienced might explain to me.

When you know how to dodge after hitting opponents youll realize that you have to dodge differently depending on what weapon their using. For example, if you see a barb with a felling axe, hit him then look down and strafe away or dont take the fight because of high risk. Point is when you learn each weapons attack pattern youll know how to dodge head shots easier meaning they dont mind losing stats for movement speed and more hp/armor.

that spot at 18:20 is super frustrating to go against, they only way to get up there from what i’ve seen is to jump on a pot and then parkour up, but if they break the pot while they’re up there you can’t kill em

Lol you can play the meta without enjoying the meta. They should give every character a default speed that can't be raised, but can be lowered by heavier gear. Then make it so if you're chasing someone, you speed up the longer you chase them. Then for each time you get hit, it lowers the bonus move speed you've gained from chasing so you need to chase & dodge if they are a ranged character, and so ranged can kite and hit shots and win.

Bro rangers are so corny. Bow damage across the board needs to be nerfed it hits way too hard and is impossible to catch unless you chase for 10 minutes. Super frustrating and unfun. What’s crazy is i rarely die to them. It’s usually bow fighters that are the issue. But rangers just make the game so annoying to play lol.

I think bow damage would be fine if they made more options of catchin up to them. You’re right though even when rangers aren’t winning they’re always incredibly annoying to fight
