The first of several videos to tell my story about transitioning. It details my awareness of knowing I was different at the age of 8, to “coming out” at the age of 53.🙏🏼🌈

"Utter superficial bullshit" --Asila referring to societal norms not even 5 mins into the video 🤣 Love it, here for it! I’ve always appreciated how direct you are with your yoga practice too. Grateful for having had the opportunity to practice and share space with you, especially during this transformative time in your life. All of the best wishes as you continue to embrace and follow this ever changing path of identity and self-celebration✨

Aww 🥰 thanks Colleen. Thank you for taking the time to view the video and reply here. I miss seeing you as well! I’m in NC now, but will be back in Denver, when the time is right, to do workshops on Spirituality within a Yin practice.🥰

Thank you Autumn. Yes, I was an ass and I’m sorry about projecting my anger at you during that time. Not proud of it, but I own it. In hindsight it seems so odd, because I’m the opposite of that person from “yesterday”. I’m totally calm and nearly never reactive. Thank you for seeing me and the reminder to hold one’s self accountable. Love you and love how you embody being in service to others...your family and your business particularly.🙏🏼💯😘🌈

Aslia thinking about you today. Are you still teaching yoga? I've found a place at Black Swan on SOBO. Hoping our paths cross again. Namaste

Hi sweetie. Nice to hear from you. I hope you’re doing amazing and so nice that you found a studio. I moved from North Carolina to Kentucky two months ago. I still have my online platform at AsiloYoga.com. I will likely make a trip to Denver in the next few months and hope to teach a few classes while I’m there. I’ll keep anyone interested updated on that via the website and FB. Hugs!😘
