Idk, but somehow the vibe of watching Dragons Dan after Shark Tank, feels like watching peasants pitching ideas to a medieval lords that don't have a clue what's going on beyond their fortress.

Nah. Peter's complaints would still apply. Mark would say they don't need the money and that the pitch was just a TV ad, and Kevin would complain about the lack of proprietary design.

Have you ever seen a shark tank pitch where they settled on 1% for a 2.5 mill investment? If so I'd love to know what pitch. I don't think I've ever seen the sharks take 1% for that kind of money.

@@Bleach420 I assume so, simply because of the numbers you chose to use for it. But I figured I'd ask anyway just in case there was actually a pitch that made the joke relevant. If there was actually truth to it, that would make it witty and funny. But I hadn't found the material to be based in any truth so it was like reading: "Dragons expect an explanation for a valuation of 250k for 20%. Meanwhile sharks just say: "Num num num" and eat you whole." If it's not based in truth then it just feels off or sails as a joke hehe. If there's an actual example of it that shows the relevance then I was curious to know about the pitch. Thanks anyway.

In Germany one would have to buy tge regular lights for the bike anyways. There are rules how a bike has to be equipped in order to be allowed on the street. In addition to that, though the helm is great, deoending on the strengh of tge helmet light, it is not allowed to just have random, not regulated lights in traffic in order tonot confuse people when it is dark. They should check the regulations in tge european states first before pitching with a better prize point

@@ikook5878 👍 But if someone sees this in Germany: the laws for the equipment of bicycles are clear: one has to have (connected with the vehicle) a white front light , a red backlight, red back and a white front reflector and the yellow reflectors in the spokes and on the pedals. The Helmet lights can only be an addition to be even better visible in traffic.

These exchanges are edited, so the full background is not available, but it seems like the panel members constantly contradict themselves. Sometimes they insist on a really tight patent and sometimes they lap up the 'first to market' argument. Makes no sense. Virtually nothing is completely original or is something that can't be legally or illegally copied. They invest in socks and in cupcakes and tanning lotion and a million other products with many competitors. I don't get it, absent more info.

From my own point of view, you need to invest smartly, if you need the good things of life. so far i've made over $505k in raw profits from just q4 of the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it you have the right strategy. mutual funds takes long time but investing smartly is the key for short term. Most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.

My portfolio is very much diversified so it's not like i have a particular fund i invest in. plus i don't do that by myself. i follow the trades of KAREN GAYE GRAY. She is a popular broker you might have heard of. I can correctly say she's worth her salt as a financial adviser as her diversification skills are top notch/ I say because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 10 to 15% on a monthly basis. unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what she trades and not just on some particular industries of my choosing.
