Its very clear that pekin's game knowledge is top notch. If the league and teams hadn't always had woefully inadequate management, he'd have been competing at a high level and coaching eventually. His demeanor is commendable. If he wasn't doing this work I could easily see him managing a team of people large or small in a business environment.

28:20 - 897 damage from items. That's where he gets his damage. I've said it so much that it's really infuriating - but it's the League of Items. Items deal more damage than abilities at times. And no, it wasn't Abyssal Mask, it was Sunfire Cape (which is sitting 2 items left of Abyssal). Abyssal just lowered your MR a bit and allowed Sunfire to deal more damage. Speaking of Abyssal Mask - if you got that for yourself, you'd have a higher chance of beating Jarvan.

10:00 - Ezreal, like Trist, is a dumb ass champ. His E can be buffered so that it goes off, even through CC. Like with Blitz or Thresh hook. Tristana is the same way. Good Ez or Trist players will always get out of CC (or get out of range after being hit). But bad players will use it early and then get hit by the CC (like grabbing Trist out of the air).

Buffering is the idea that an ability can be set to activate while another ability is also activating. The most common use of buffering is some ability + flash (like Shen Taunt, Cassiopeia ult, etc). Flash is an instant use Summoner spell that, for the most part, can be used during the "cast time" of most abilities. And for some abilities, it can be used DURING the ability (like Shen Taunt). Though I guess you could also argue that buffering abilities is a bit spaghetti as the game is capturing inputs and it's easier to say "yeah, this ability probably would have activated" vs actually doing computations around if it really should have or not.

Hey tobintobintobin, it only kills if there isn't a shield or other effect that causes them to no longer "be at or below that health". Interesting fact - it will glow red even if they have a shield. So it can be quite misleading. Plus it could glow red to tell you that they're able to be executed only for them to gain a shield while the ult is going off.

Refuses? What do you mean? Plenty of times he used it and either a) the champ got killed by someone else or b) the champ didn't die to ult because of a shield or some other shenanigans. Cho ult is not like Pyke ult. Shields play a huge factor, of which Karma and J4 both have shields that can make Cho ult not work as a finisher. Sylas W is also a problem because he could heal just enough to no longer be in kill range. Also, Cho ult is not like Urgot ult either in that it activates automatically.
