the fourth song is not a spanish sample, it's modern brazilian funk, a track of this genre was also sampled on vultures, and the braziuuuu is a classic sound of this genre, glad peggy takes inspiration from literaly everything

Took me multiple listens to fully enjoy, but I love the guitars & metal sounds on this album, worth the wait. My favorite is probably either vulgar display of power OR either on or off drugs (love the sample used there). Really enjoyed the review dude, glad I can watch someone my age review artists' music I love and that I can agree with!

I kinda agree with the album art criticism, to me it just felt kinda generic and too similar to like, offline, LP, even EP2. All my Heroes are Cornballs is one of my favorite album covers oat, so I was hoping for something more distinct from this cover. But after listening to the album it lowkey fits idk how to explain it.

I think the album cover fits perfectly. The dark background and Peggy’s clothing representing the beginning of the album, dark and oppressive with bragadocious lyrics. The white cross represents the second half, ethereal, beautiful, with gospel samples and with personal and introspective lyrics. It’s like if peggy was the strings, having both sides: a dark and badass one (strings being the guitars on the heavy metal side) and a beautiful and vulnerable one (the strings being the soft guitars, violins etc on the second half). Also noticed how he goes heavy on the drums on the first darker side and by the end of the album, there’s no drums, just Peggy opening up.

The sample in It's dark and hot as hell is Brasil funk music, similar to what Kanye did in Vultures with Paperwork. The lyrics are in Portuguese and very explicit stuff, fits with the vibe. I think he did it better than Kanye, awesome track.

Track 04 is Brazilian funk. The sample says VAPO, VAPO, VAPO, VAPO. The sound of f*cking. And That "BRAZIL" sample at the end is like a sound Tag we use in every major sport achievement like winning a medal at the Olympics or the world cup. It's culturally engraved in our minds, so it's like a homage to us from Peggy , amazing track 🔥

Hey download, I know ur probably not gonna see this. But with the release of Yes newest album, and it respectively being kinda ass, I think making a video on the ultimate downfall of Kanyes creative talent and never seen before musical abilities could be cool. It seems to be that he’ll never make any actual good, well worked on, and decently mixed songs again, and it’s kinda of tragic considering this is the same guy that’s made so many beautiful and inspiring tracks. Ultimately I just think a video going over that aspect of his downfall could be cool
