Btw brandon(again) That creeper that has a electric shock wave or something, it's called Charge Creeper. It's stronger than a normal creeper, you need to struck a creeper by lightning and it's done! The first ever creeper was actually a weird pig, it was like a pig skin creeper. Notch said he would save it for a creepy mob. And then it was a melee mob like a zombie, exploding ONLY WHEN IT DIES then it was changed to was what it always was like. (not always but what it seems to always be)

But how actually creeper was born like this. One day Notch was trying to make a pug but the design got messed up and it looked like a creeper but with no colour. Then Notch said that he will put it as a creepy creature. That's how the creeper got his name.

Fun fact:the creeper was a mistake and not intended to be created, it happend due to an error while making the pig while minecraft was in older version where the first mob was being added such as the pig, the first hostile mob created was the creeper and the first passive/harmless mob is the pig
