I start humming, then I start making more deep vocal noises then I cry, and I breathe the deepest of breaths like a new born baby. It’s such a beautiful release. I also get a lot of wolf energy. I was deeply moved by this from beginning to end. It had me crying uncontrollably and I had a full body feeling of needing to be there. It felt like generations of my ancestors were grieving through me. Lately I've been experiencing some darker emotions I haven't felt fully before because of societal conditioning to not accept anger and rage. And for the first time I accept them as a beautiful part of who I am. And this video as well as your other videos really solidify that acceptance for me. Since I started watching you, I have open myself to the universe in infinite ways. You appeared to me in the perfect moment, theres no coincidences. This video and the Lemurian made me release so much energy/trauma that I’ve been putting away for years. Feels good to let go, feels good to cry, feels good to be vurnerable, feels good to feel.
