▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:

1-1.2 kg of pork
salt, black pepper, paprika
do the same on the other side
Place the meat on a baking sheet
2 onions
Fry the onion in vegetable oil for a few minutes
1 large carrot
fry for a few more minutes
200 grams of mushrooms
Fry the mushrooms for 3-4 minutes
salt, pepper to taste
Place the fried vegetables on the meat
Bake for 40 minutes at 180-190°C
~ 6 potatoes

Самое сложное в этом видео это делать картошку пюре (в простонароде толченка) Вот он секрет оказывается где. Для этого надо было аж в ресторан ходить и узнавать. А мясо с грибами так никто никогда не делал Это тайна ресторана. С этим рецептом тебя надо в книгу рекордов Гиннесса заносить и на премию повар -новатор. И интересно муж родился и вырос в Тайге, что он до этого элементарную "пюрешку с мясом" не ел, которую не только мама готовила постоянно, но и в любом детском саду и школе давали на обед?????? Наверно скачаю видео, чтобы не потерять рецепт и буду учить его каждый день интервалом полчаса. Особенно как надо делать картошку.

Beatriz, son chuletas de la parte de la aguja. A mi personalmente me gustan más que las de primera, son más jugosas. Un carnicero me recomendó que si tenía donde hacerlas a la brasa , solo les pusiera sal..... estaban exquisitas!!!!!
