Yes, dried ramen is processed but not highly processed. It is just a dried wheat product like pasta. But not made with durum wheat but regular wheat and so it takes less time to cook. Dried ramen cakes without the instant seasoning if fairly common and sold just like pasta.

@@katatonic726 Do you even read labels? I am talking about ramen noodles that are sold only as dried noodle itself. There are many such dried noodles products sold in E Asia and South East Asia. They aren't the same as those individual instant noodle packets which come packaged with flavours and seasoning packets to make a instant noodle meal. Those instant noodles as they are commonly known as in the West are not serious meals and Asians who eat them in Asia tend to eat it only by college kids/men who can't cook, lazy or missed their main meals. The noodles that I said are no different from dried pasta are essentially dried noodles cakes that Asian mum will usually use to make a family meal, combining it with fresh vegetables and meat. These dried noodles ingredients are only wheat flour, oil and salt.

I think THIS IS A TYPICAL INDIAN STYLE of cooking Maggi Noodles in 2 minutes but they are known to do the Onion, peppers Tomatoes (base of making Indian curry) and then adding Noodles into that base to make it more tasteful and Indian like
