The day of 2 week notices are long gone. I just watched a video of a nurse being terminated on the spot after 4 years and was told they don’t have to provide her a reason. They handed her her final checks and chucked the deuces ✌🏽

Hello--I hope you are okay. I appreciate your talking points but am a bit confused based on some of your comments. I am not clear as to whether you quit your job because you changed your mind or if it had something to do with the actual job. I would add for the audience to also do due diligence before accepting a job as much as you can. Again, not certain from listening to your commentary what the actual issue is here but seems like it was a short timeframe. And as you stated was "abrupt". All the best to you.

I’m glad you quit. …. Taking care of patients can take tole on our lives. Sometimes it’s good to take a year off and enjoy life. Life is not all about working and working. Women need to invest in your Ester beauty. God will always provide. Dress up, take good pictures and enjoy. …. You are young. What happened to Mr BTT? … I miss your interaction in Bible study.

Quitting on the job is very unprofessional. You shouldn't have gone in the 1st place and sent in your resignation from home except your life was in danger which you weren't

Is it unprofessional to fire people on the spot? Employers do this all the time. Whatever her reason was, the most important thing was she felt she couldn’t do it another minute or second and she made a decision that was best for HER! Sad it was at the job but she had to do what she had to do.

Professionalism is often used by companies to control their workers for their own aims. In fact more and more ppl are getting fired after resigning so it's all a farce anyway
