I mean the Europeans conquered Africa, which is a big deal. I think the game should have some ability to simulate anti-colonial revolts cuz five hundred years of colonial administrations ought to not be a possibility. It’s weird to have European dominance over the world for half millennium be the state of the world that everyone just accepts. I imagine that this game will be updated to represent the fact that people don’t simply live under colonial domination for centuries upon centuries.

@@RyRy2057 well you have to remember that the game ends at 1936 without mods and you only begin colonizing around the 1870s-1880s. Plus you CAN get rebellions in your colonies but they aren't unique or anything. They're exactly like every other type of rebellion.

the game isn't meant to run for hundreds of years. its the same with other paradox games. you let hoi4 on for more than its supposed to and everyone has a million divisions and everything becomes an infinite stalemate.
