This is a great transformation for her especially on her skin tone, I love the subtle highlights! She wanted something different and more mature/practical than what she used to do, which yes was bold color. However this is healthier for her hair and easier to maintain, very NYC chic. The point of the makeover is to have an expert choose the right tone of color for her skin/eyes and I think she did a great job!
