So funny! My husband regularly cuts my hair for me and he used to color it for me with henna. He uses real hair shears and alligator hair clips to section my hair. He always cuts it dry, and when he colored it, he would take sections of my hair, color it and secure it in a bun on top of my head, working from the top down. The fact that your husband will do it for you is great bonding time. You just need to invest in the proper tools and supplies. Whether he is cutting or coloring your hair, have him do it dry and remember to section! Sectioning allow him to color manageable amounts so there are no missed spots.
