Not to be that guy (but also kinda) at 6:23 that binary planetary system could indeed exist! If you do some (relatively) simple math, you'll find that the roche limit for planet 5a (the larger one) is roughly 11000 km. The satellite body (planet 5b) orbits at a distance of roughly 15000 km. So while might seem a little extreme, purely from a physics perspective it's totally possible.
