bruh i got colonal ruffs as my first chromatic brawler, and he's ok i guess. His damage is 500 per bullet (he shoots two) and his super launches a meteor down, though it does take forever to do so. Also when he uses his meteor he drops a pack where if you pick it up, it buffs you for a short amount of time. Only recommended if there's lots of walls. (his bullets do bounce)
