I think Twitter is blowing things out of proportion. When we played the Chiefs, Eagles and Texans,...Hackett called pretty good plays. The first half of the season guys were wide open as well. I agree that he underutilized Breece Hall though. Hackett just has to learn from his mistakes and just start throwing the kitchen sink! Great Segway as always brother!!! 🫡👏👏👏

Appreciate the comment and love as always brother. Yes, I want to clarify, it's a concern. Just like the injuries are a concern,. Hackett is a concern. He may very well, be able to operate his offense if he has a legitimate QB behind center. He has two this year, in case he needs them. It's more concerning that the Jets were worried about it, as the fans were. I'm hoping he takes this report, and uses it as fuel.

This is about the most objective insights I heard actually thought out. Honestly Jet fans create their own narratives off of mediocre media coverage. Fact is Hackett has had some success in the league prior to Rodgers but when that's address ppl downplay it's because of this or that, here the thing you can't have it both ways. Fleur called the plays in GB is that for certain, that's only known if your a fly on the wall and if he did I would think it would still be an collaborative gameplan. Yes, Arod changes play at the line that should be expected of a elite QB and he's not first to do it, it's situational football.

You didn't lie, you had hope and you haven't been proven wrong yet, the Connor Hughs article about Hackett may be right, and it may be overhype. It also doesn't say they were gonna fire Hackett, they were basically going to add another level. All the negativity goes away with winning, let's hope this is the year it all comes together.

I've been waiting on this video to drop for weeeeeks, its about time I got this apology over hackett.........LOL jk, actually classy act sir but I think it might be a slight overcorrection...simply bc i think having an overly creative play-caller over-top of Aaron and Hackett both could possibly be a detriment (depending on their level of involvement)..this team is SOOOO talented that we should just line up across from weaker opposition and just handle our biz (hopefully)...although I get the idea of having a 2nd set of eyes, I just wouldnt want it to be of the micro-managing variety, if you know what I mean...A delicate line to walk...Who knows though, a senior offensive advisor to act as a checks n balances is something that we could always bring in midseason, especially an old one whose maybe recently retired and ring chasing...too bad Tom Moore is rotting in Tampa bc hes the first that comes to mind...anyhow, fantastic video brother, especially the rolling info in the background on your PC screen, and other on-screen imaging....you're inspiring me get better at video creation...LGJ 🏆

So I read somewhere that Mike Lafeurs offense was to complicated for zack two seasons before. Then I saw a report that said "hacket draws up these dramatic schemes only qb's like aron can understand or execute" and that would make sense with the hacket/zack struggle last year if the Mike L report is true...... obviously a good offensive coordinator should be able to do something regardless of qb but iffffff there's any truth to those reports we might just see a completely different hacket, of course aron will get the props but this might actually be a thing for hacket. They said russ wouldn't even listen to hacket, and Peyton got rid of russ asap.... we will see

This is true. There were alot of rumblings about the complexity of the offense. Requiring proper pre snap reads to check into one of several plays in an alignment. I hope you’re right, and honestly you may be! Just want to see the wins! Lol

@@NYJetsSitRep I wish people would stop saying aron requested hacket or "planned" for him to make changes on the line. We got hacket in January. Aron came out his darkness retreat in Feb. So either the jets were player tampering before January. Or they messed up hired hacket and then got super lucky nobody made a serious offer for aron and he came over to join hacket. It's either the jets broke the nfl rules and owe a 100 draft picks or they messed up thn got super lucky. One happened before January. One happened after. Aron did not ask for hacket and if he did then a million rules were broke before January. It doesn't add up. Getting hacket and hoping a qb who has never left his team follows a player or coach anywhere is gonna decide to come to n.y. is not the same as the "aron requested hacket" narrative everyone keeps reporting. The jets messed up hiring hacket and aron saving them is probably what is more thn likely really happening right now lol

Hackett has a role and last season because of the devastating injury he had to play out of his role. Hackett is a glorified emotional support coach and he draws up plays. Aaron basically is your offensive coordinator. Basically Hackett sends the play in and Aaron chooses if he wants to run it or not. Basically it goes back to health...Aaron has to stay healthy!!!

I think the Hackett bashing is way overhyped, the OL was emaciated and the QB play was a four deep horrendous room for two years,. I am a huge JD supporter, he has built a very impressive roster, but his stubborn dedication to the ZW pick and his QB backups was baffling and costly, I wonder how much the Johnson's had to do with that, Woody in particular, because of ZW's guaranteed money. Losing Rodgers last year was devastating and exposed the entire QB backups as the weak link. Also, the fact that Corey Davis left suddenly just before the start of the season and the Lazard signing really was a huge blow.

@@DayneOJets Hughes is entitled to his opinion just like everyone else. What would have been the plan if they got rid of Hackett and Rodgers left with him . I don’t understand why it’s an indictment about an OC capability if the QB changes the play at the LOS because he doesn’t like the look the defense is showing. There was a time when that was the norm, now it’s an issue because most QB are forced into the game not being prepared for what they’re seeing.

@@Tin-star not only that, better defenses can show the QB one look, and then start shifting it into something else entirely as the play clock winds down and communication with the sideline ceases, so youre right in that it shouldnt be an indictment on the original call..the polar opposite format would be worse, which is the idea of having another guy whos outside the system tampering with things..If rodgers is on the field, i think we gotta believe that theres few people on the planet that can help him more than himself and hack..if he thought someone could, hed have undoubtedly recommended them to come in and help..plus they always can later on this yr if it deems necessary ya know...good talkin to ya brother, long time
