We are all taught to internalize the mindset of a perpetual victim to some extent. Its a symptom of our current social paradigm. But we don't need to succumb to it- instead, we can choose to learn from it and use it to strengthen our sense of purpose and resolve. Your anecdote is a good example of that. I wanted to add tho, I had this similar experience last night, was writing some really good things down, meditating crying. The whole thing. And had this energy reaching out to my heart and tell me to rest, I woke up today feeling something different in me, even having one of the things I wrote down literally happen to me today. So yeah, shits shifting but breath and give yourself grace for feeling. Not everything needs to be “fixed” if there’s triggers, that means something’s happening ;) lots of love and support man!

I think i experienced a similar thing, it felt like a tsunami hitting me. Yes my value and importance i put on others words, or their status ect. Made me give up something important. Took away my momentum. That is a big regret, however like you said it means nothing, i really was manipulated by it. What is it? It started a chain reaction to a sort of who am i. Hmm this is similar to my first purposeful lucid dream. I lay in my bed and I focus my thoughts on my breath until I see black and orange shapes. and the shapes turn into images, and all the sudden, one image pops into regular color, and im there. Haven’t replicated it yet but Im trying.
