I used pure shea butter along with vitamin e oil capsules, which I mix into the shea butter, My doctor recommended along with no scratching to irritate skin and after the two kids and gaining over 70 lb I have NO STRETCH MARKS 😊

If she doesn't get stretch marks it will be a miracle...also after baby is born her stomach will feel like mush or jello it's really weird and it takes time to go back to being hard. If she breastfeeds the nips crack open and bleed it's very painful until they get tougher. Also y'all will never sleep again so get all the rest you can now.

Emily, I lasted six weeks with bleeding & bitten nipples. First baby I went super old fashioned scrubbing with a dry face washer for the whole time pregnant. Wish I had done it with the second one.
