Not to contradict you, but i would actually agree with the dead guy 😅. Corruption is so wonky and hits everyone regardless of what you do. I always tell everyone to just stay on the cleansing piles too, and just tank the corruption. HOWEVER, this only works if you have at least 1 party member using 6pc vithus for the instant full heal every 40 seconds, and also helps if someone using the aegis shield charm like you mentioned too. This isnt just to be lazy, but without spreading out means you cleanse the 3 piles faster and have more time to kill boss. Best charm composition for vanguard is both might charms, aegis, and a blight orb. Also with 2 members using 6pc vithus for heals. No heal charm needed this way, and no need to waste time spreading out for corruption. Can get to boss with 2:15 left on the clock, and the boss goes down stupid fast with both might charms and blight orb. There is no faster method.

You don’t have to seperate if you have a necro that has the bone armor 5 hit damage negate then use the bone armor and it hits exactly 5 times during corruption so safe to stay together

Oh thank you for this video! Many people actualy think like that! The strat not common at all, at least in my server. This is more apparent for higher reso people, since they have the ego "I spent alot in this game, therefore I am strong and I could tank through everything". They usually are the ones who dont know mechanics, cause in HQ they would just tank and melt everything with skill spams. VG really tested your actual gaming skills, at least during earlier runs with low rank charms. Mobs scale with reso and paragon, so ithey do not matter at all

In my sea server almost all players has rank 20 charms now so it's a walk in the park

the only charm skill u need in vanguard is heal. even all 4 members have heal charm you can melt the boss if all have level 14

Don't expect too much in random pt. When failed just change team. Its true that heal stacks but if hp decrease more than heal its pointless. Unless you are sure that you and other pt can carry sweet spot is lvl 10 charm for vg4.

Everyone knows you should at least use 1 heal charm with v4 when a wizard is in party I am one myself and if you want to bring the damage I use my lvl 20 sjhield so I can carry the boss and everyone's corruption won't hurt them and use the heal to keep your carries alive from the elites now oneerson should be running the bottom left. Of brawler for the party which will greatly increase your survivability through the 3 trees and come boss time carry that shi yo self bro you got th is!

all it takes to see how bad most people are at the game is doing g3. Most people will die on Crab boss by simply not moving out of the grayed out circles that show you where to not stand. I played EverQuest for like 16 years and let me tell you, there are fights in there that are basically g3 crab boss for an hour long. If people can't move away from 1 shot target rings for a whopping 5 minutes, you just suck at gaming and need to play better.
