Hey there - can you tell me is it safe to rent a car and drive out of Yerevan,? Are the locals very rash drivers, road conditions etc?

Drivers are fairly intense here. Not so safe to be a pedestrian either haha

@ Just felt bit erratic at times when crossing the street, but not something I was overly cognizant of. Unfortunately I didn’t try any tours. But I would have done so if opportunity had arose

These prices are insane. I lived in Yerevan in 2019 and from what you describe here, prices have gone up 4x from then. Not exaggerating. In both Tbilisi and Yerevan the populations may have increased by 5-10% but prices by 200%-400% and it's always "the Russians". A lot of property owners and business owners are becoming rich due to the fact that former Soviet Union populations don't understand how prices work.
