Couple things. Sheet and HQ Walls don't really have a "soft side" that matters You own GMod, so learn to use the Tool Gun in rust, you could have reached the foundations easier with it. ON the ladder when on the base when you had the sword, you could have used spears to soft side the roof through the window from the ladder. this is all, hope this helps.
