Darth Malgus when disagreeing with the rule of a majority, a judge can file a formal dissent. Ruth Bader Ginsburg (the late Supreme Court justice) was famous for her dissents. In this parody, Trump is talking about how he “won the election by a lot” which he perceives the majority opinion (even though it’s obviously not). If she was still alive today, RBG would certainly “dissent.” She was a liberal icon and her popularity has only continued to grow as Trump and Mitch McConnell unfairly and hypocritically replaced her with a scary Catholic woman who probably doesn’t separate church and state.
