It's actually very simple. Najib was found guilty by all courts of law. Why on earth was he given a "partial pardon" ? It's really a mockery of the courts of law and the judges. I think the question where Najib should serve full term or not is secondary. In fact, the argument should not be focused on Najib as an individual. Mr Dhillon and bar council should concentrate if the minimum criteria has been met for a pardon hearing. Based on this alone, the pardon given to the accused ( Najib or no Najib) shall be null and void.
