The remake is bad fight choreography and fanservicy chi martial arts thrown in. Honestly it's more of an insult to China since even if they have the random chi stuff, the choreography always took center stage in response to justify it through Rule of Cool.

It's over 150 Kilograms which is a pretty expectable weight for a rotatory cannon like the Heavy is wielding, feeding system included. The most common gatling gun around the time of TF2 (late 60s to early 70s) was the M61 Vulcan which weights 112 Kilograms (202 Pounds) with feeding system, the other 40+ Kilos probobaly come from all the ammo he is carrying around in the white part of Sasha (which is the ammo barrel) which should weight way more than that.

You know, the song I'll make a man out of you from Mulan fits this quite good, i just love the reference that they made when engie wanted to prove that he is a man, he climbed the rocket and made it launch, just like Mulan climbed the pole to get the arrow, really nice touch.
