So yeah… this happened three days before Sonic’s friends came to save him. Growing his wings wasn’t quick… it was a slow painful process of his wings trying to break out of his skin while his body’s trying to pull it back in at the same time, one of the robots gives him a pain reliever daily in secret… he’s one of the robots that saves Sonic later on… So this is what happened before his friends came to the rescue
