I love coffee Faye but I’m not sure I need it after starting stimulant medication recently. How do you find it?

I limit my caffeine significantly when taking my stimulant meds (too much makes me anxious🥲) and I only have coffee 90 almond after my meds (caffeine reduces the absorption) 💗 Hope that helps!! My tip would be to see how you feel with a weaker coffee and working from there (and of course, consult with your dr/nurse) xx

Thank you!! Best of luck with your PSA, should be Monday I believe 🥲🥲 SO bbc cymru and bbc Wales kept changing between the football and rugby so we were alternating between the two and I was trying to use my limited Welsh to determine whether a try had been scored 😂🥲 I wish I was better at it!!
