Great presentation! Shocked the place wasn’t packed. I would have been there! Still greatly appreciated Robert giving me a call with info on hunting in Idaho…unfortunately I had a small stroke and couldn’t go. But I’m pretty much healed up now 😁

Sad indeed. I grew up in a household that doesn't hunt. I know nothing about how to hunt, know no one that does. I've been wanting to hunt and hopefully my financial situation will better. That said, being a 31yo non-resident learning about the complex strategies and which one gives me the best chance. My probability of pulling a ram tag is pretty much impossible. Possibly an even sadder situation is I'm probably too stubborn to give up trying.

This is absolutely not worth it, in any respect. Takes long enough to just get a decent elk tag.

Hunting in general is not worth it from a pure economic perspective. Over the course of hunting season I spend more on gas than my yearly grocery budget.
