I live in New York but have relatives in Atlanta. It's a 14 to 15 hour drive but just under two hours by Air. I prefer driving because I enjoy it and it gives you a lot of time to think plus when you cross the Mason Dixon line, you get all country. During one of these drives, I heard this song.....it touched my 💓 heart. I couldn't find it again on the radio but remembered "I'll Walk". I sang the melody in a CD store and a young lady found it for me. The lyrics are amazing and Bucky did a good job with the song while telling the story... It's very emotional.

My mommy took her last breath back in 2016 . I played this song bcuz she had major back surgery and couldn't walk. I prayed to God and the next day she came back to us😢😢😢 it was very emotional. She took her first walk and today she is as strong as ever. God listen to me and gave me my mommy back❤🙏🙏

I like how the song starts out like how any typical teenage relationship fight does but then the accident happened and they become more like adults. Because both stick with it and work things out. Wish people would start acting more like responsible people. Sure the world is full of disappointment and you should never be with abusive people but this shows that you can be young and love but be smart and responsible

mikki godinez you really have to have faith that you will one day be strong enough to take those steps!!! I was ran over by a drunk driver 17yrs ago and was told I would never walk again but after 2yrs in a wheelchair I took my first steps.... it was the hardest thing I've ever done.... and 10yrs ago my daddy got to walk me down the isle... which was such a blessing to both of us!!! I know one day I will be bound back into that damn chair due to all the trauma, muscle loss and bone deterioration..but until then I will enjoy every moment I'm given.
