I'm in the same boat as bro. I lost 25kg (55lbs) when I moved out for school and finally cooked for myself but when I moved back home I gained it all back within the same time. 80% of people who lose significant weight end up gaining it all back but I'm still hustling and grinding at the gym regardless.
