From Week 1 to Week 2, its all started to fall into place. What an awesome week! I'm not sure exactly what has caused such a shift, was it the goal setting? The spa? The extra sleep? Or my random meeting with a Ninja turtle in the middle of my training session?! Maybe it was a little bit of all of them but my 2kg weight loss has definitely helped support my ability to do my moves.
2kg in a week! That seems almost too good to be true and weight doesnt fall off that quick so how have I achieved this? After a little research, I was pretty surprised to hear that more sleep can help you lose weight. Ironically, thats been the biggest change for me, more sleep. Enjoy this video as I share my progress and some interesting facts I found about it all.
