You guys are such pussies. The guy had a point. You don’t pull a rope out of a rats nest to full tension on the first pull. First you pull it to tension, then back up so that it lines up the slack in parallel. Then you do the pull. To try and do a full strength pole out of a tangled mass of rope sitting in rocky mud is a a recipe for disaster. To be honest I’m shocked at the daily disregard for common sense safety that Matt displays, but I guess when the phone rings all the time and you are making cash off of KZbin, who cares about safety. Dude doesn’t even carry the particular part to put into a generic trailer hitch to make the rope effective. It’s pathetic to be honest; so are you. Love the show. Tip for Matt a lot of new cars require you to hold the traction control button for 10 seconds to fully disable it and it will partially reengage if drive over a certain speed or put the vehicle in park. That wrecker is a beast with MRAP rears, and rear steer. The only way it could have better control is a steering wheel inside a steering wheel to control with one hand an inch apart. A shaft inside a shaft ,, inside a sleeve. With a click lock to lock both shafts/wheels. Maybe a electric magnetic lock, then switch to unlock where the horn is. Magnetically locked both steering wheels act as one, steering front and rear. Magnetically unlocked both rears steer independently with one hand. For safety put a red led on the horn to know when duel steering is locked. Wired to fail safe if the magnetic lock loses power, light goes out.

Matt , good going having the misses wheel the WLORW. Just like with having Lizzie stepping up, you won't regret it.

9:25 For MINIs and, I think BMWs, just pressing the traction control button and releasing it does not turn the traction control fully off, even though is says that it is “off”. That just modifies the settings on MINIs to what is called as “TRACTION”. To turn the traction control all the way off, press and hold the button down for about 10 sec or more and it will turn off completely and you can power spin the tires to your hearts content…

Jamie is such a great partner and once in a while, Matt is a good partner too, keeping her feet out of the mud. 😉

Hey Matt, you just have to HOLD those traction control buttons in to FULLY disable them. Just pushing them disables some of it.

Lizzie, the Mini you were driving is a descendant of one of the best rally cars of the mid 60's. It proved that front wheel drive was here to stay winning the Monte Carlo rally for a number of years. Of course any resemblance to those rally cars ended at the body shape as is the case in any "works" rally car.

I believe, on some vehicles, you can press and hold the traction control button down for a ten count and it will disable it. You probably already knew that! Just trying to help. That heavy wrecker is an absolute animal!

Yep some people have to be in control. Wow, yelling at my wife, not! Tom Tom got it right, back under control “your ok, just keep going, keep go wide, great job.” Ya’ll need radios to block out the “side hecklers” and keep control inside the team. Lizzy would have spurred and hog tied him. Thanks for sharing

LoL - I was looking at that front driver's side corner thinking, "uh oh!", but it didn't even need the bounce. The wrecker just walked it out - impressive!

I can see a pair of poly jump seats mounted to the tool boxes on the back of the wrecker would come in handy. :) Greetings from Michigan!
