@@JQ212all he said was several phone calls. He never said anything about any of the people they called accepting. That's not landing any jobs, that's a lack of context

Wouldn't it be more of a referral fee, rather than negotiating?

Yeah asking for free work in exchange for referrals is a scummy move. I'd never agree to that

So he charges less than $50? If the referrals landed him 10 jobs, he owed them $500 but made whatever for those 10 jovs

So you don’t prep or anything just clean then roll on stain

Pressure wash, then acid etch. There’s also a primer down on the concrete.
@photographcenter84562 күн бұрын
@ Nice! What primer and stain do you use? Thanks
@allsidespressurewashing2 күн бұрын
@@photographcenter8456 primer and stain shown in the video is Behr solid concrete stain. The primer is recommended on the label and can be purchased at the store!

How did you lose money, you ended up getting 5-6 more jobs. I guess depending on what you charge.
@keosh7777 сағат бұрын
We'll, you got enough business in referrals. The first job was just advertising expense. Write it off with the IRS lol, right?

So your painting concrete gray? I don’t really see the value in this service.
@TLoumena3 күн бұрын
The customer chooses the color, not the contractor, there are many different colors they can use. My guess is that they hated the dark entry and discolored walkway and preferred a toned down, uniform look. Maybe they preferred concrete but this was a much more economical way to get that look back.
@mateot84282 күн бұрын

How would you owe them money if you stated, " For every job I land. " Does not make sense. Every job you land means the gig is there for you to show up to paint/ wash down driveaway to get paid sorts for that is what your business is...
@INTJ_PJКүн бұрын
Next time have it in writing plus on top of that make sure you do not offer your customer money and replace with a discount for your future service next time they hire/ book you.
