Security Minister Elly Tumwine has questioned the legality and fairness of the ongoing investigations in the parliament committee on Rules Discipline and Privileges.
The Army representative was in the committee to defend himself against alleged misconduct and contempt of parliament.
Tumwine insisted that he wanted to hear all the testimony advanced before the committee a day before, a matter the legislators dismisse
