Thats usually something that parents do on their kids loose baby teeth. But then your adult teeth will grow in, and it looks like she never got a second set, or the teeth that her dad pulled, WERE her second set.

If you pull out your adult teeth, even as a kid, they’re gone forever. Your top adult teeth typically grow in when you’re about 7 - 9. If her dad pulled them out when she was younger after they already grew in, she won’t just grow them back. We’re not sharks, we only have 2 sets of teeth
