I was worried the show would end up being unorganized and dangerous. Not that I underestimated Ian, but we've all seen how other KZbinr-hosted events have gone... however I realized I was very wrong after watching and am even happier to hear how professional and organized it was behind the scenes too. I also thought the fights would end up being more silly than serious. but you competed in a hardcore match, in a sold-out arena, it's safe to say most people would've cried after getting bopped once (or maybe I'm just projecting). Congrats on a respectable fight, and on your marriage with jack ❤

7:09 The tingling is actually what happens when you body thinks it can stop fighting, the heart rate pressure is high while fighting, so as your body calms (essentially you unintentionally tell it to) the pressure drops which causes all the veins to pull back on blood flow, hence the tingling sensation. If you combine the pressure change with the heat and sweat, then remember all that blood is charged with adrenaline, you start to understand why people keep themselves "hyped" from bashing their heads and grunting, keeping that energy up so they can keep going. But being put against Reeves... his mind is nutty, i dont think he has a normal switch when it comes to survival. Hes like the hulk but always in survival mode.

I'd find something with less of that "old school" print design and go for something cleaner that you can easily see in tiny form like when you look at your thumbnail at 15-20%. I'm confident you know what I mean, lol. good idea on the branding though!

i agree. simple is more memorable imo. he could pay a graphic designer to make a small piece of clip art that he can use over all his channels. also, I think mentioning the podcast more on his KZbin channel (even just as part of the outro of the videos) will probably VASTLY increase viewership on the podcast. as a casual viewer of his KZbin channel, i didn't even know he had a podcast until it was casually mentioned in one of his videos (which took way too long). but that's just me sharing my inexperienced opinion lol.

Everyone involved, win or lose, did an amazing job and while I can't speak for everyone, my assumption is they all have our respect. It was a great event, for a great cause, everyone should be proud of the part they played in it. Haven't watched the video yet (I'll amend the comment once I'm done) but wanted to say, outright: I think you should be proud of what you've done and accomplished with this charity event! No one can take away your accomplishments from you. cheers. EDIT: getting hit in the face is no joke. Expanding your life's perspective like that is very intense and I hope you come to realize how special it (the whole experience) was and that it serves you. Also your humble/honest opinions of that bout are great to hear. Rock on, man!

Goood episode! Nice to hear the fighters thoughts after the event. You handled it really well, Graham and took the L like a champ. Both you and Michael should be proud! Gooood shit

I stepped in the ring years ago I got myself hyped I was so excited I was the first match people was throwing my stuff on they rushed me to the ring. Once they ring the bell I froze up and got hit right in the eye and man did my plan change. No body knows the feeling into you get in that ring.

Graham is humble and that shows a lot! Respect to you man, not a lot of people ever experience getting punched in the face let alone in a boxing ring.

I think rebranding it to "Graham's Iced Coffee Hour" might help with branding since it still relates to Graham like many other podcast hosts generally do, but also distinguishes itself from your other channels. Then doing a logo that is more general kind of like the H3 podcast or the Millenial Money channel would make it more universal. Congrats on the fight btw! I thought Graham did very well for being someone with zero experience.
