@@araikobzo Cheaters are rare but smurfs are the real problem. In eastern europe they make their living out of leveling up faceit accounts to lvl 10 and then selling them away. They do it over and over again, so you will always face smurfs in levels 4-9. They most likely are around 3000 elo on their main accounts, so naturally they shred in lower levels.
