I was tearing up reading the story and experiencing the tragedy of this moment, and then seeing that Hypergryph STILL hadn’t fixed this issue after 5 years literally made me so mad that I stopped crying… (until the story came back upon the stage clear 😅)

A bit late. If you referring to Theresa's text, then she's basically saying that Amiya is really important to the Doctor that they literally fought the hardest against the memory fading so that they won't forget Amiya.
