Yeah he is. He could go above 100km/h which is nuts. Sadly he is a hit or die kind of bey. Since he has almost no stamina he either hits the enemy at mach infinity and kills them in one hit, or he loses all his stamina in the next 2 seconds. So he is kind of the smaller and faster version of dran buster.
