it honestly makes me sad that like... it's hard to describe this briefly lol but... it's sad how that's what happens if someone is mentally ill, and their family members are the only ones who have genuine love for them, but then those family members die. Like his mom was the one true person who loved him and believed in him, and after she passed... then the entire rest of his life until he dies is just gonna be living in poverty, his teeth rotting away, being perpetually made fun of by mega-rich white people under the guise of them "letting him be on TV". But he was somebody's little boy, he was somebody's baby. Breaks my heart.

I was once on the phone with David for an hour to try to hire him for a video. He told me I'd have to pay all his bills for a month, including his rent and storage fees. At one point he got a call on another phone and took it but didn't put the phone down with me, so we were both confused as to who he was talking to at any given moment. I hope to work with him some day.
