You could run Iron Patriot in a Havok 2 energy deck and get big power from Havok while cheating in a higher cost card with Iron Patriot’s cost nerf. Imagine playing against a Havok deck when suddenly a Galactus comes out!

I had bad luck not drawing Iron Patriot, but when I finally did, I had him and Victoria hand for a 1/9 Black Bolt that discarded an enemy card and messed up their Devil Dinosaur!😂

Had an awesome Iron Patriot play in a recent game. T1 Maria Hill gave me a Collector, played him on Cloning vats T2. T3 played Iron Patriot on cloning vats which granted Gorr, t4 another Iron Patriot on vats which granted Taskmaster, t5 discounted Gorr on cloning vats, t6 the new Gorr and copied that with discounted Taskmaster. And some other tempo weaves on the last 4 turns that I don't quite remember but that main sequence was incredible.

Mirage stealing Raft cards is one of the best feelings in Snap. Also shocked Bob is the go-to one drop now after people said dont pull. Definitely gets nerfed if they put him back in caches but even a 1/4 probably still worls

I also skipped him but was lucky enough to get him from the random spotlight cache slot. I will say that he's replaceable in basically any deck he's in. Obviously the raw output and ability to move with a snap is handy, but never crucial.

You could always use martyr, it's also a 1/5 but wiccan ls a hard card to replace in this deck. Juggernaut is a good card for iron patriot tho.

You summarized it pretty well, haha. I will probably do a bit more, but I wasn't having as much fun playing as I'd like, and really didn't seem to be resonating with an audience too well. I'm still keeping up with the meta and opening packs. I just felt like too many Pokemon fans were troubled by my sarcasm and basically any criticism leveled against the brand. Of course there were lots of supportive folks I brought with me from Snap, but a lot of other new people were just being assholes. Weird amount of just crazy rude folks insulting me and my videos, and then others who are super defensive and would lash out at anything not glowingly positive. Between the two, it kinda soured me a bit. Just didn't feel like a hospitable community in the slightest. Feel like the Snap audience is so chill and nice in comparison.

So i buy the season pass, and i buy the gold pass, i grind (whichnisnt teally grinding because i enjoy the game) and get one key a week. Do i have EVERY SINGLE NEW CARD no but dude isnt that kinda the point. You cant have everything. This particular deck i dont have speed, wiccan, hydra bob, and guess what, i find the fun in making a deck similar like this with cards i have or make a different version. Right now i have 8 keys (havent tried for Victoria hand, might not) you just pick and choose which spotlight cache has the new card you want most.
