Avril was diagnosed several years ago with Lyme Disease and she was pretty sick. As a result I think she's a tad more nasal than before, but she's awesome. Let's keep in mind she's sitting down with her legs crossed while singing too!

This is such an incredible live performance. He just let her shine and was clearly just in awe of her! She’s such an underrated vocalist, the fact she can still smash this song like she does is incredible. I assume you don’t know but she’s pretty well known for having Lyme disease, she was quite ill for a while and didn’t release music. So glad she’s back to smashing it! I relate to literally everything you said after the song. I was born in 95 and grew up on the punk, rock, metal scene. It's important to acknowledge that the 90's really brought a whole different vibe of music, everything became more sensitive and emotional.

Avril Lavigne is a female solo artist that started in the 2000's era. She falls mostly in the pop punk genre and her live preformances are really good. Avril is a Canadian born artist. Some of her more well known songs are Sk8ter boi,complacated,Im with you,Girlfriend and My Happy Ending

I adore Avril's voice, and she's so massively underappreciated. She's been through so much over the years, she's fought her way back from being practically bed bound by her illness. It wouldn't surprise me if she thought she'd never perform again. And she's as good as she ever was. I have too many favourites to mention, it usually just depe ds on my mood at the time lol...from her earliest stuff right through to her latest releases. Actually this one is probably in the top three.

Oh, you're the same age as me. I was born in 1995 too. I knew some of her music but it was the later stuff like from Girlfriend on, whatever album that was. So the songs like Innocence, When You're Gone, Alice, etc. I went back and listened to her earlier songs later on. You sound like you were probably around the Paramore age. That was the first band I really remember liking. The Riot album was life changing for me lol

His voice is also very great...but that doesn't necessarily mean that I want to hear him in this song...I mean "especially" in that song. This song is so much of Avril as possible, and I think even the best additional singer on the world would disturb me.. But he's definitely a great..

I think you are classified as a Zillennial. According to Google, anyone born from '93 to '98 can call themselves that. However, being from Canada, and Ontario no less, I am shocked that you aren't more aware of Avril's music...a little.
