The only way to kill Valkyrie is destroying his quincy cross, which is unbelievably durable. Its so durable that bankai zaraki, toshiro and byakuya fighting 1v3 were unable to destroy it. If they don't have the attack power, mayuri definitely doesn't either.

She's definitely not black lol. We've seen Kubo draw characters who are black (Lille, Tousen, Jackie, Zomari) and Yoruichi is not drawn with the same features.
