Good luck on your jiu jitsu journey mate, it is such a life changing martial art and the ways it teaches you to move your body is phenomenal! All of the modesty, discipline but also confidence that you gain from training it is such an amazing experience. I have been training since around february last year and have caught the bug.. training around 7 times a week. I can also say that the competition seen is amazing because everyone is so friendly and just wants to learn more. Good luck at your comp mate and hope ya do well and are enjoying the training (especially since you are training in a positive environment and have found a good gym.)

Recently I've been having terrible thoughts about me and my life. My mental state has been stuck in a really negative dark hole and I honestly want to end my suffering without living another day. I've tried reaching out once, but it didn't work out at all. It was my dad. After a few days I finally found the courage to tell him I was suicidal. All he gave me was one hour of comfort to 'cope' with the few years of mental torture I've been through. Your content really helps.
