You should try going on strike! I know it sounds dramatic, but it works for so many people! When my Mum was sick with shingles (about 19 years ago), I was 17(ish) & had to pretty much take over the running of the home for two weeks! My Mum had no choice but to stay on the couch. Moving was agony for her! I remember towards the beginning of her being ill, she was downstairs on the couch & witnessed this day. I was downstairs & pretty much spent the day in the kitchen doing chores & preparing meals. I didn't have time to keep up with the dishes, so I deligated. My brother was to wash the breakfast & lunch dishes & my sister was to wash the dinner dishes. My brother had his mates over & was playing computer games. He kept putting it off & putting it off until I said to him, "if you don't do these before dinner, you'll have to do the dinner dishes as well". He said OK, thinking I would give in like my Mum always did! He was very sadly mistaken! It ended up that my sister dried the dishes instead so there was room for him to do the entire days dishes for 6 people! He didn't mess me about again the whole time! Shame my Mum didn't put it into practice when she was well! She could have saved herself a whole lot of trouble!

+Julie Hasselberger People driving on the road here in Southern Utah where I live. Everyone waves to each other, Even if we don't exactly know each other. It's very Nice we get help from neighbors with clearing off our sidewalk and drive way. when there's alot of Snow that's fallen on the ground. I should get Video of that sometime, soon here. Have you looked at getting a "Tangle Fidget" I have several of them. they would help you with Anxiety. I have anxiety and Autism, They help me alot I have several video's on my KZbin channel.
