It still boggles my mind that Denathrius is draftable at all in Arena. Even just topdecking him and playing him with no infuse can be such a huge back breaking swing in arena because of how much health gain he represents. It's a ridiculous card to allow in Arena.

What boggles my mind is I googled for some outrage about this thing existing in arena, there's a reddit thread saying it ought to be banned... and more than half the drooling morons in the thread disagreed. "Oh ysera's more op though", "Oh well most games end before turn 10", its just jaw dropping. Its a card that spawns a big threat, heals you to full, and clears the enemy board or kills the other player outright because the battlecry can hit face! I stopped playing this game like 5 years ago, but its so ridiculous that it actually makes me angry.

@@andrewolejarz5293 DH played cards before trading into Sinrunner earlier... like he probably decided that he wouldn't trade, and later decided to trade, but he was lucky and lost a 1/1 instead of the Tar Creeper or the Pyro...

I agree with all the above comments. Playing this game for free with like 1 or 2 decks just isn't fun. Spending hundreds of dollars per year to get more decks also isn't fun. I just watch trump and regis now.

I saw the arena leader boards, and the past meta the best players had 8.5 wins, this is wild, arena usually had 9~10 average wins for the best players... I think it shows how big the variance were, where if you didn't pick the good cards, or if you didn't draw them you were screwd...

bad cards result in a level playing field where everyone struggles against each other, and the better player usually comes out on top after a long, gruelling game; on the other hand, good cards result in a few elite decks that just steamroll everyone else, which is only fun when you draft such a deck and go on a power trip and results in many games that are decided before they begin

This meta is so fucking terrible lmao. If you don’t have Pally, DH or Mage you’re completely fucked. The cards offered are horrible, and there is so many neutral offerings. If your opponent has like 20% class cards in deck, you’re almost guaranteed to lose. It’s fucking awful. They need to patch it immediately.
