Two things: 1. The group mentality makes them at war with each other. No one should know how many people the other person has rejected. It should not be boys vs. girls. Have everyone in one room blindfolded so they don't know who is coming and going, and they can't see if there are more attractive people in the group. 2. If this is a dating show and they want to end the show with a winner, why is the button sabotaging everyone?? I like the way my pets smell too, but there's no way to say that on a date without it sounding really weird. (Why he volunteered that information to the producers is beyond me though lmao)
@kanalisationerstellen2 жыл бұрын
Well after all it is a show, and why would you give such facts anyway, if you have to tell something embarrasing about yourself, tell something that wont disturb 99% of the people, because it is weird. Part of me loves that we can see the different green room vibes so we can get a feel for what a Cut shoot is like, how they take care of the people coming in for camera, because these are really vulnerable videos to participate in. And the other part of me hated seeing the dude camp start to compete with the girls just because they wanted to be the rejecters and not the rejectees. It kinda felt like they were losing focus of the goal to get an all-expenses-paid second date *with* one of the girls just to protect their egos from rejection. Which is understandable to some extent because, again, it’s a super vulnerable thing to do. But it was depressing to see the vague consensus about it in the green room.

This show essentially shows the danger of getting too picky. You get picky about the little, surface-level things instead of focusing on the person's character and how they are to be around, and this is what happens ultimately. You won't end up with anyone. Unless, ofc, you actually have some self-reflection and learn to change your outlook and approach to dating altogether. But I don't hold that sort of hope for any of the people on this show. Something about their easily bruised egos tells me they would BALK at the idea of being told they're their own worst enemy when it comes to dating, even if it's in a kind but just brutally honest manner. They just want the problem to be everyone and everything BUT themselves. This show just exposes every contestant's insecurities and shallowness like crazy
