You need a minimum of 1'5 HHA bar to do Time Stop.

@@Yeheah I’m aware how TS works, I wasn’t suggesting he do another one. Just change the Muda rush input so he can sneak in another Pucci call and add stop sign as well for possibly more damage.

in my humble opinion. i believe this extension of the combo, is not worth doing, ESPECIALLY with the 2.45 bars of meter for the time stop. it makes the conversion after the time stop wayyyy to finicky. it would be in the players best interest to get damage quickly rather than raw damage over time. If i managed to build the rest of the third meter then i could see this being a viable option. But, for now my 236 H 236 H 9JH 214 H will do the trick
