Honestly. I felt this. I'm no longer in my 20s but your words resonated with me. I want to eat better, live better, stop stressing so much. In my job I try my best to make sure when I have a coworker who's young and you know they kinda listen, I just give them a quick "you can always change up your life." Talk. It's so true. You CANT rewind time. BTW, yes. You're still young, we both are ❤😂
