.... and I have an irrational fear of not getting old.

Great big congratulations on losing your 1st stone. Me;- I feel as though I'm on a permanent Hippopotamus humpectomy & Rhinoceros rump removal Safari. But at least I've managed to keep up the exercises for the last year & am much fitter heading into Spring than this time a year ago. Good luck on your journey, Nikki.

It seems like a rational concern to me. I want to live as long as most people do so I can see how All This (gestures broadly) turns out. I read a lot of science fiction as a kid and would love to see us make a good society across the world that allows everyone to live a peaceful and prosperous life.

I am getting close to 70. Believe me my joints tell me every day I am getting old. Which is why I like the 41.5 inch headroom of the LEAF
