I like the first dress fits you perfectly. Secondly the longest one with the long slit and the pockets in it. I would say don't alter the length but I am afraid of it tripping you. As far as the area in your living room I would suggest 2 side chairs with a smaller table in the middle of the chairs with an accent lamp on the table. On the wall you could do family pictures. Girl i work at Ross and i recommend you get a dress from there because they have so many cute dresses for a cheap price. Trust me on this one i had a co worker of mine that had bought a dress from macys for 80 dollars and she found the exact same one at Ross for like 13 dollars :o they have designer dresses as well but i think you will like some of the dresses they have there!! :D
